Steve Jobs said:
“As far as I’m concerned the era of setting things up as a competition between Apple and Microsoft is

over,” Jobs said. “We have to let go of a few things, such as the notion that for Apple to win,

Microsoft has to lose. Apple plus Microsoft equals 100% of the desktop market. Whatever we do

together will become a standard.” Well it’s about time! Maybe by working together a

Microsoft monopoly can be averted.
